When we implement a program for you, we assign a dedicated account executive and project manager to direct and lead our internal account team. The account team also includes dedicated designers, engineers, estimators, production managers, installation specialists and customer service representatives as required.
The account executive is your primary direct contact and provides all project direction and oversees the entire program development and implementation process.
The project manager executes the day-to-day responsibilities, manages the program on a daily basis and ensures the overall program meets your specifications (quality, cost and timelines).
